ATEC America Utilizes Success Story with Major Retailer to Shape New Products
APRIL 11, 2024 (NEW YORK) – Today, ATEC America released a case study, discussing how their products helped to change the fate of a major retailer. After installing ATEC America products, it was noted by the executive team of this major retailer that the time required to train service desk personnel was cut in half to less than four weeks. This saved the retailer valuable hours throughout the day, that used to be spent doing safe counts and checking manual calculations. Interestingly, this retailer’s store was known for its incredible customer service well before ATEC’s introduction, and customers began enjoying frequenting the store for their banking needs along with their shopping needs. Because the store was able to offer banking services to this “unbanked” sector of the community, security concerns began to rise. Thankfully, ATEC America had a solution for this problem and was able to reduce cash shortages by about 50%. While significantly reducing the chances of employee errors or fraudulent activities, ATEC America’s machine made it possible to track the majority of remaining errors, making the executive team feel much more comfortable continuing to offer their banking services and growing profits. As a whole, ATEC was able to increase the retailer’s profitability, while reducing the amount of time required by employees to focus on cash-related tasks. This also enabled the retailer to further improve their already outstanding customer service.
